Location: London - 3 times per week / Hybrid
Salary: Circa £60,000 + benefits
Our client (service sector) is looking for a Senior Bid Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, someone who can roll up their sleeves to craft compelling, commercially sound, and winning bids.
Collaborating closely with Commercial and Operations teams to shape and deliver successful bids.
Taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process, from kick-off to submission.
Writing and reviewing bespoke, persuasive proposals tailored to each opportunity.
Managing and maintaining the bid library and governance process.
Coordinating stakeholder input, timelines, and bid approvals.
What You’ll Bring:
A proven track record as a Bid Manager in the service sector (FM, security, cleaning, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think strategically while delivering hands-on, detailed bid work.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and commercial awareness.
Highly organised, deadline-focused, and quality-driven.
