Regional Operations Manager

Location: London and South West (M3 and M4 corridor) Salary: To £65,000 + car allowance + bonus

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Regional Operations Manager to lead and enhance their security operations across a diverse portfolio of sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic professional with strong financial oversight, proven leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

About the Role:

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of sites across London and the M3, M4 corridor, providing:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage a diverse team ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and company standards.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison, exceeding client expectations and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Tech-Savvy Solutions: Adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
